These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and crypto-asset exchange services offered under the Louvre Crypto brand (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms without reservation.
The Services are provided by MAROAUTO Sp. z o.o., a company incorporated under Polish law, registered with the entrepreneurs' register (KRS) under number 0001127091, NIP 8982311934, with its registered office at ul. Księcia Witolda 49/15, 50-202 Wrocław, Poland (the “Operator”, “we”). The Operator is listed in the register of virtual-currency activities (RDWW) under number RDWW-1728.
Using the Services requires opening an account and the prior verification of your identity (“KYC” process). You undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and to keep it current. We may refuse, suspend or close an account in the event of inaccurate information, suspected fraud or regulatory non-compliance.
We offer the purchase and sale of crypto-assets (notably BTC, ETH, XRP, USDT) against euros (EUR), at the rate and conditions shown at the time of the operation. We do not provide any investment, tax or legal advice. The Services may evolve, be limited or interrupted, in particular for maintenance or regulatory reasons.
Each operation gives rise to a commission applied to the operation amount, according to a degressive schedule:
| Tier | Operation amount | Commission |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | €0 – €999.99 | 5.5% |
| Standard | €1,000 – €4,999.99 | 4.5% |
| Silver | €5,000 – €19,999.99 | 3.5% |
| Gold | €20,000 – €49,999.99 | 2.5% |
| Platinum | ≥ €50,000 | 1.5% |
The applicable commission and the firm rate are shown before the validation of each order. Network (blockchain) fees may apply to crypto-asset withdrawals and are indicated where relevant.
Rates shown for information may vary until the order is confirmed. A validated order is firm and final. Because of crypto-asset volatility, the rate is locked for a short period at the moment of validation. We reserve the right not to execute an order in the event of a manifest price anomaly, suspected fraud or a regulatory obligation.
Crypto-assets are volatile and speculative assets. Their value can fluctuate significantly and you may lose all or part of the amounts invested. Crypto-assets are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit-guarantee or investor-compensation scheme. Only invest amounts you can afford to lose.
We are subject to customer due-diligence and transaction-monitoring obligations. We may request additional supporting documents, block an operation, freeze assets or file reports with the competent authorities, in accordance with applicable regulations, without our liability being engaged on this basis. See our compliance policy.
To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for losses resulting from market volatility, an investment decision, a technical interruption, an error on your part (such as an incorrect withdrawal address) or an event of force majeure. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to crypto-asset operations whose price depends on market fluctuations beyond our control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of the Terms, a regulatory or security risk. Legal data-retention and compliance obligations survive account closure.
Any complaint may be sent to support@louvre-crypto.com. We acknowledge receipt and handle complaints within a reasonable time. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence in the EEA. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Wrocław (Poland), unless a legal provision provides otherwise in favour of the consumer.
